Manappuram General Finance & Leasing Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2007 has recommended a dividend of 18% on the equity share capital of the Company, for the financial year 2006-07. This will be placed before the next annual general meeting for approval of the shareholders.
