Allsec Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 50% for the year ended March 31, 2007 which is subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The stock was trading at Rs.275.50, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.285 and low of Rs.270.60. The total traded quantity was 6885 compared to 2 week average of 2340.
