Emkay Share Board recommends 12.50% dividend

Emkay Share & Stock Brokers Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 12.50% on equity shares of Rs 10 each (Previous Year-10%).

The stock was trading at Rs.67, down by Rs.1.40 or 2.05%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.68.50 and low of Rs.66.15. The total traded quantity was 5399 compared to 2 week average of 53082.
