Lok Housing Board to consider raising funds

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2007 to consider and explore various avenues to raise the funds from the local market and foreign market, and preferential Qualified Institutional Placement (Q.I.P.), etc.
