Aztecsoft Board recommends 30% dividend

Aztecsoft Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% (Rs 0.90 per equity share of par value of Rs 3/- each) for the year ending March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of members.

The stock was trading at Rs.93, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.93.80 and low of Rs.92.40. The total traded quantity was 9919 compared to 2 week average of 59534.
