Brakes Auto India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, to discuss the following:

1. To discuss the Right Issue of the upcoming Plant at Nardhana Industrial Area, Dist, Dhule, Maharashtra.

2. To discuss the issue of enhancement in the Cost of Project.

3. To increase the authorized Share Capital of the Company.
