GE Shipping incorporates company in Singapore

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that Greatship Holdings B.V., Netherlands has incorporated Greatship Global Offshore Services Pte. Ltd., Singapore (GGOS) on May 08, 2007. GGOS is the wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship Holdings B.V., Netherlands. The object of GGOS is owning and operating offshore vessels.

Further the Company has informed that, Greatship Holdings B.V., Netherlands is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greatship (India) Ltd., which in turn, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.261.15, up by Rs.4.20 or 1.63%. The total traded quantity was 188890 compared to 2 week average of 156491. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.267.90 and low of Rs.256.55.
