Oriental Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 17, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend payment of dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
