KEI Industries Board to recommend dividend

KEI Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval of the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommendation of dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.

3. Proposal to De-list the equity shares of the Company from the Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd and Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd.

4. Fixation of time, date and venue of 15th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
