Tilaknagar Industries to acquire a company in Karnataka

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2007, has approved a proposal to acquire a majority stake in a closely held unlisted Company, located in State of Karnataka.
