Finolex Cables Board recommends 70% dividend

Finolex Cables Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 70 % (Rs 1.40 per equity share of Rs 2/- each fully paid up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 16, 2007 to June 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting of the Company.
