JRG Securities to divest Stake in Subsidiary "Commodity Online India Ltd"

JRG Securities Ltd has announced that the Company has divested 25.99% of its stake, being 129994 equity shares in its newly formed subsidiary 'Commodity Online (India) Ltd' bringing down its present stake in Commodity Online (India) Ltd from 99.99% to 74% of the equity holdings.

The stock closed the day at Rs.29.95, down by Rs.0.15 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.30 and low of Rs.29.85. The total traded quantity was 8150 compared to 2 week average of 5980.
