Autoline Industries to acquire 51% stake in Detroit Engineered Products Inc

With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 26, 2007, Autoline Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has executed an agreement with the promoters of Detroit Engineered Products INC. USA to acquire 51% stake in the Company as strategic investor.

The stock was trading at Rs.224.50, up by Rs.7.80 or 3.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.224.90 and low of Rs.217.25. The total traded quantity was 23782 compared to 2 week average of 60326.
