Permanent Magnets equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Permanent Magnets Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company will be held on June 02, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Amalgamation of Taparia Magnetics Pvt Ltd, Sampada Capital Services Ltd and Suyog Agencies Ltd with the Company, as well as the proposed arrangement with the Preference Shareholders of the Company.
