Hindustan Sanitaryware Board to recommend dividend

Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider and recommend dividend, if any.

2. To consider, approve and take on record the Consolidated Annual Financial Results alongwith the Audited Annual Financial Results for the Financial Year 2006-07 together with Segment wise, Revenue, Results & Capital Employed.
