Sambandam Spinning Board recommends 60% dividend

Sambandam Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 6.00 per share of face value of Rs 10 each.
