Provogue India subsidiary acquires stake in 2 companies

Provogue India Ltd has announced that Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd., the subsidiary of the Company, acquired majority stakes in two Companies as per the following details to develop properties for commercial purposes including development of mall:

1. Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd acquired a majority stake in the equity share capital of Omni Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Indore, which will act as a Special Purpose Vehicle, to develop properties for commercial purposes at Indore.

2. Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd, acquired majority stake in the equity capital of Hagwood Commercial Developers Pvt Ltd., which will act as a Special Purpose Vehicle, to develop properties for commercial purposes at Nagpur.
