Rain Calcining equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Arrangement

Rain Calcining Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on June 04, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modifications, the Scheme of Arrangement between Rain Commodities Ltd, Rain Industries Ltd, and the Company and their respective shareholders.
