MRO TEK Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following :
1. To consider, approval of the reviewed financial results for the quarter, and audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
2. Recommendation of dividend, for approval of members at their Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on June 27, 2007, is also to be considered.
