JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the Financial Year 2006-07 ended March 31, 2007 and dividend for the said year on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.
The stock closed the day at Rs.104.65, down by Rs.1.95 or 1.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.106.90 and low of Rs.104.25. The total traded quantity was 24510 compared to 2 week average of 74893.
