Videocon Communications Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders, the Central Government through Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, has approved the Change of name of the Company from "Videocon Communications Ltd" to "Trend Electronics Ltd" w.e.f. May 01, 2007
