Loyal Textile Board to declare dividend

Loyal Textile Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider the audited results for the year ended March 31, 2007, declaration of dividend on equity shares and to determine dates for book closure.
