TRF Board recommends 60% dividend

TRF Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of 60% dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07.
Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Ramesh Chander Nandrajog has been re-appointed as Executive Director of the Company for a period of one year with effect from August 01, 2007.
