Vardhman Polytex to raise US$15 million through FCCB issue

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2007, has approved the issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for an amount of United State Dollars 15 Millions.

The stock closed the day at Rs.108.10, up by Rs.1.15 or 1.08%. The total traded quantity was 5001 compared to 2 week average of 7441. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.109.70 and low of Rs.105.60.
