JMC Projects Rights Issue Committee Meeting decides to issue shares at Rs.100

JMC Projects India Ltd has announced that the Rights Issue Management Committee of Directors at its meeting held on September 05, 2006, has decided to issue 46,46,550 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 90/- per share (Offer Price Rs 100/-) aggregating to Rs 46,46,55,000/- in the ratio of 2 shares for every 5 shares held as on the record date.
