Geojit Financial Board to recommend final dividend

Geojit Financial Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and to take on records, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 and to consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-2007.
