HOEC Board to recommend dividend

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has announced that a meeting of the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007 and recommendation of dividend, if any.
