Educomp Solutions Allots 25320 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that in accordance with the Offering Circular dated October 13, 2006 of issue of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs). The Company has received conversion notice dated May 03, 2007 in respect of 50 bonds aggregating to US$ 500000 from the respective bond holders. Accordingly, the Board Of Directors of the Company has allotted 25320 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective Bond holders who have exercised their conversion option by passing a resolution by circulation on May 04, 2007.
