Nestle India equity shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Nestle India Ltd has announced that the Equity Shareholders of the Company at its court convened meeting held on May 03, 2007, have approved the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and its Shareholders and Creditors, pursuant to the Order dated March 23, 2007 of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in Company Application (M) No.55 of 2007.
