Omni AXs equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Omni AXs Software Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order made by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on May 23, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the Scheme of Amalgamation proposed to be made between Elan Integrated Systems Pvt Ltd, Millennium E Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd and R3 Ventures Pvt Ltd with the Company.
