Uflex allots 76182 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Uflex Ltd has announced that one of the FCCB holders have exercised the option to convert the FCCBs into equity shares to the extent of US$ 3,00,000.

Accordingly, in terms of offering circular, the Company has allotted 76,182 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the FCCB holder.

The stock closed the day at Rs.161.80, down by Rs.17.95 or 9.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.171 and low of Rs.161.80. The total traded quantity was 27716 shares compared to 2 week average of 15145.
