Shasun Pharmaceuticals allots 15,00,000 shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd at its meeting held on March 21, 2013 has approved the conversion of 15,00,000 convertible warrants into equity shares of the Company, which were issued to the promoters and directors on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 75 per share including premium of Rs. 73 per share after obtaining the in-principle approvals from the stock exchanges.

Shares of Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.66.80, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70.05 and low of Rs.66.50.

The total traded quantity was 0.45 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.78 lakhs.
