High Court quashes order against Khaitan Chemicals

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 18, 2007 regarding cancellation of the Company's License by the Madhya Pradesh Government to market fertilizer product by one of the Company's plant, Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that, the Hon'ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh has quash the cancellation Order.
