Atlas Copco AGM approves 40% final dividend

Atlas Copco India Ltd has announced that the members at the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on April 30, 2007 have unanimously passed all the resolutions including adoption of accounts, declaration of Final Dividend @ 40%, etc.

The stock closed the day at Rs.810, up by Rs.12.85 or 1.61%. The total traded quantity was 3149 compared to 2 week average of 3170. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.810 and low of Rs.773.
