The Promoters Adani Agro Private Limited (the "Seller") ("Promoter) has announced the floor price for the Offer for Sale of Shares in Adani Enterprises Ltd as Rs. 248 (Rupees Two Hundred Forty Eight only) per equity share (the "Floor Price").

The Adani Enterprises Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.242.70, down by Rs.3.25 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.248.70 and low of Rs.240.45.

The total traded quantity was 3 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.02 lakhs.
