Viceroy Hotels allots 8,12,500 shares at Rs.100 to ICGQ Ltd

Viceroy Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 28, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 8,12,500 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each issued at a premium of Rs 90/- per share to M/s. ICGQ Ltd an FII upon conversion of warrants issued earlier.
