Premco Global allots 1,50,000 shares

The Board of Directors of Premco Global Ltd at its meeting held on December 22, 2012, has considered and approved the allotment of 1,50,000 Equity Shares to Mr. Suresh Harjani one of the promoters of the Company for a price of Rs. 28/- per share aggregating to Rs. 42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lacs only) as approved by Members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 11, 2012.

The Premco Global Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.29. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29 and low of Rs.29.
