IFCI allots 52,30,00,000 shares to Government of India

The Committee of Directors of IFCI Ltd (constituted for the purpose of issue and allotment of equity shares on conversion of Rs. 523 crores Optionally Convertible Debentures held by the Government of India), at the Meeting held on December 20, 2012 has allotted 52,30,00,000 (Fifty two crore thirty lakh) equity shares of the Company at par i.e Rs. 10/- each to the Government of India.

The IFCI Ltd stock was trading at Rs.35.95, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36.40 and low of Rs.35.45.
