Jagran Prakashan allots 1500 NCDs to raise Rs.150 crores

Jagran Prakashan Ltd has allotted 1,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Privately Placed Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 150 Crores to the subscribers.

The Company has repaid its short term high interest debt taken from Deutsche Bank AG, New Delhi and has also reduced its working capital availment, as a result of which there is no change in Company's gross and net debt.

The Jagran Prakashan Ltd stock was trading at Rs.100.70, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103 and low of Rs.100.50.

The total traded quantity was 2393 compared to 2 week average of 14606.
