Tera Software approves conversion of 8,00,000 warrants

Tera Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 18, 2007 has considered and approved the 8,00,000 warrants issued in pursuance of member’s approval at their meeting held on June 05, 2006 were converted into 8,00,000 fully paid up Equity Shares (of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 67/- each totaling to Rs 77/- per equity share) of the Company as detailed below:
