ABL Bio Technologies to issue warrants to promoters

ABL Bio Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. It was also proposed to issue warrants on preferential basis to the promoter Mr. K O Isaac and his associates.

2. It was also decided to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from Rs 6 crores to Rs 20 crores.
