Vipul allots 17,93,768 shares to WDC Ventures Ltd

Vipul Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2007, has allotted 17,93,768 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at Rs 1304.082/- each (including the premium of Rs 1294.082/- per share) to WDC Ventures Ltd.
