Intec Capital approves allotment of 6 lakh preference shares

The Board of Directors of Intec Capital Ltd at its meeting held on November 27, 2012, inter alia, have considered and approved the allotment of 6,00,000 5% Convertible Preferential Shares having face value of Rs 100/- (Rupees Hundred) each for cash, aggregating to Rs 6,00,00,000/- (Rupees Six Crores) to Promoter and Non Promoter allottees through preferential allotment.
