Floor Price for Blue Dart Express' Offer For Sale fixed as Rs.1720

DHL Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd has announced that "Floor price" for the Sale Shares through offer for sale by promoter shall be Rs. 1,720 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Rupees in words) per equity share.

DHL Express (Singapore) Pte Ltd proposes to sell an aggregate of 1,431,937 equity shares of Rs.10 each of the company representing 6.03% of the equity share capital of the company on the separate window provided by the stock exchanges to meet the SEBI rules for stake in the company.

The Blue Dart Express stock was trading at Rs.2056.60, up by Rs.342.75 or 20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2056.60 and low of Rs.1605.

The total traded quantity was 72675 compared to 2 week average of 247.
