Hilton New Delhi observed Global Week of Service India Region

Hilton New Delhi/Janakpuri observed Global week of Service India Region on Saturday, November 17, 2012 between 11 am to 1pm by partnering with Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Center to spread awareness of the effects of smoking and tobacco use amongst students of the Jagannath Institute of Management Studies, New Delhi.
Dr. A.K. Dewan of Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Center conducted an informative and hard-hitting session on the hazards of smoking and tobacco with the main objective of spreading awareness about the harmful effects of smoking and other tobacco products among the students and helping them quit the habit. In support of this anti smoking skit was also performed by Hilton New Delhi/Janakpuri's team members. During this session Ms Terry Jenkins, Director - Global Culture and Education, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Mr Rubal Chaudhry, General Manager, Hilton New Delhi/Janakpuri were also present.
