Sequent Scientific allots 7 lakh shares

Sequent Scientific Ltd has allotted 7,00,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against conversion of 7,00,000 warrants at a price of Rs.120.75 to the entities Chayadeep Ventures LLP (3,50,000 shares) and Agnus Capital LLP (3,50,000 shares) belonging to the promoter group.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 22,93,51,910 consisting of 2,29,35,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 23,63,51,910 consisting of 2,36,35,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Sequent Scientific Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.172.75, up by Rs.27.50 or 18.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.174.30 and low of Rs.146.
