IDFC Board to consider resource raising plans

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 25, 2007, also proposed to discuss resource raising plans of the Company through issue of debt, equity and quasi-equity instruments.

The stock closed the day at Rs.102.40, up by Rs.3.80 or 3.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.103.80 and low of Rs.98. The total traded quantity was 2200753 shares compared to 2 week average of 1608493.
