Indiabulls Financial to raise capital through issuance of Global Depositary Receipts

Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Company is contemplating raising additional equity capital or securities linked to equity shares through issuance of Global Depository Receipts pursuant to authorisation received from its shareholders. In connection with the above proposed equity capital raising the Company has appointed Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.

The Company has equity shares traded on the BSE and NSE and Global Depository Receipts traded on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.476.60, down by Rs.10.95 or 2.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.488.25 and low of Rs.475.05. The total traded quantity was 304875 compared to 2 week average of 2354541.
