Dhanlaxmi Bank to raise Rs.200 crore

The Board of Directors of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd at its meeting held on September 27, 2012 has taken an in-principle decision to raise Rs. 200 Crore by making a further issue of Equity Shares.

The Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd stock was trading at Rs.55.70, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.56.80 and low of Rs.55.05.

The total traded quantity was 2.25 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.11 lakhs.
