FCCB Trustees withdraw winding-up petition of Wockhardt

Wockhardt Ltd has announced that the winding-up petition filed by the Trustees to the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds before the Hon'ble Bombay high Court has been withdrawn.

This was announced by the Pharma major in a notification to the stock exchange on Thursday (September 20, 2012).

The Wockhardt Ltd stock was trading at Rs.1195.25, down by Rs.44.10 or 3.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1285 and low of Rs.1180.35.

The total traded quantity was 0.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.18 lakhs.
